La CFPPC de Achille Louis Bikoue-Etoundi et le MPEC de Martine Danielle Befolo Essono ont fait une d\u00e9claration commune sur la situation s\u00e9curitaire du Cameroun de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, o\u00f9 ils d\u00e9noncent particuli\u00e8rement deux cas d\u2019assassinat \u00e0 la machette survenus \u00e0 Meyo-Centre (Ambam) courant f\u00e9vrier 2025.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Achille Louis Bikoue-Etoundi, pr\u00e9sident de la Convergence des Forces Pacifiques et Patriotiques du Cameroun<\/span> (Cfppc) et Martine Danielle Befolo Essono, pr\u00e9sidente du<\/span> Mouvement Populaire pour l\u2019Emergence du Cameroun (Mpec), sont tr\u00e8s en col\u00e8re. Les deux leaders politiques condamnent fermement les violences mortelles survenues courant f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 Meyo-Centre, dans la r\u00e9gion du Sud, d\u00e9partement de la Vall\u00e9e du Ntem.<\/span><\/p>\n

En effet, les 16 et 20 f\u00e9vrier dernier, deux corps sans vie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9s dans cette localit\u00e9 situ\u00e9e sur l\u2019axe Ambam-Ebolowa. D\u2019apr\u00e8s des sources officielles, il s\u2019agissait respectivement des nomm\u00e9s Batcha G\u00e9deon Atanga, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 49 ans, originaire de l\u2019arrondissement de Santa, r\u00e9gion du Nord-Ouest\u00a0; et de Ondoa Bee Th\u00e9odore, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 63 ans, natif de la contr\u00e9e. Les corps \u00e9taient ensanglant\u00e9s, pr\u00e9sentant des impacts de coups de machettes sur la t\u00eate. Devant ces violences, les populations, en furie, ont fait un mouvement d\u2019humeur en barricadant l\u2019axe Ebolowa-Ambam.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ces riverains n\u2019\u00e9taient visiblement pas les seuls m\u00e9contents. Des leaders politiques aussi. C\u2019est ainsi que les dirigeants du Mpec et de la Cfppc ont produit une d\u00e9claration commune le 26 f\u00e9vrier. Laquelle \u00e9voque \u00e9galement la situation s\u00e9curitaire de notre pays de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s consultation de leurs diff\u00e9rents bureaux politiques, peut-on y lire,\u00a0\u00ab<\/span> les partis politiques CFPPC et MPEC viennent par cet acte et d\u2019une commune voix refuser et condamner avec la plus grande fermet\u00e9, toutes les formes de violences, guerres, r\u00e9bellion, s\u00e9cession, terrorisme religieux ou politique commis sur l\u2019\u00e9tendue du territoire camerounais. Notre pays saigne au Nord-Ouest, et dans le Septentrion depuis une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es\u00a0! Pis encore, ces effusions de sang envahissent d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 le Cameroun M\u00e9ridional (Dja et Lobo, Mvila, et tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment Vall\u00e9e du Ntem) avec des atrocit\u00e9s inhumaines d\u2019une violence sans pareille, commises par des camerounais accueillis et install\u00e9s par d\u2019autres dans un esprit patriotique actif et de la volont\u00e9 de ces derniers de mettre en \u00e9vidence et en pratique les vertus du \u00ab\u00a0VIVRE ENSEMBLE\u00a0\u00bb qui a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019essence m\u00eame de nos traditions et ancr\u00e9 dans nos cultures s\u00e9culaires\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Martine Danielle Befolo Essono et Achille Louis Bikoue-Etoundi s\u2019indignent de ces faits et indexent l\u2019Etat du Cameroun et le gouvernement dans ses manquements <\/span>\u00e0 pourvoir aux Camerounais la juste s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dont ils ont le droit, rompant ainsi le \u00ab\u00a0Contrat Social\u00a0\u00bb qui lie le Peuple Camerounais et L\u2019Etat du Cameroun<\/span><\/i>. Selon ces deux leaders qui se sont li\u00e9s d\u2019amiti\u00e9, \u00ab\u00a0la guerre dans le NO-SO, les incursions terroristes sanglantes, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des coupeurs de routes, sont ainsi des plaies b\u00e9antes dans un contexte \u00e9lectoral \u00e0 multirisques\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0Fort de ce constat alarmant et inqui\u00e9tant pour l\u2019avenir proche, les partis Cfppc et Mpec unanimes demandent au Chef de L\u2019Etat, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique Paul BIYA, d\u2019instruire plus fermement le 1<\/span>er<\/span> Ministre chef du Gouvernement, d\u2019user de tous les leviers possibles, (Politique, judiciaire, militaire et policier ndlr) pour neutraliser les ennemis de la paix et du \u00ab\u00a0Vivre Ensemble\u00a0\u00bb au Cameroun que ce soit \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur ou \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du pays.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ils souhaitent que Paul Biya invite Joseph Dion Ngute \u00e0 \u0153uvrer plus efficacement pour le retour d\u00e9finitif de la paix par tous les moyens possibles en ouvrant et en gardant sur la br\u00e8che un dialogue inclusif\u00a0; et \u00e0 permettre une ouverture politique viable et fiable pour l\u2019expression du plus grand nombre de toutes les forces politiques Camerounaises lors des proches \u00e9ch\u00e9ances \u00e9lectorales afin que toutes les \u00e9lections se passent dans un climat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 totale. \u00ab Les camerounais exigent un climat apais\u00e9 et s\u00e9curis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019or\u00e9e d\u2019un semestre \u00e9lectoral d\u00e9cisif pour notre pays\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0! Mart\u00e8lent-ils d\u2019un ton ferme en<\/span> prenant \u00e0 t\u00e9moins le Peuple Camerounais et la communaut\u00e9 Internationale du risque d\u2019embrasement, tant, pour eux, le climat de poudri\u00e8re qui pr\u00e9vaut dans notre Pays est pr\u00e9occupant.<\/span><\/p>\n
