Il c\u00e8de le gouvernail \u00e0 Bouba Haman, pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment pr\u00e9fet de la Vall\u00e9e du Ntem, et d\u00e9pose quant \u00e0 lui ses valises dans la Boumba-et-Ngoko \u00e0 Yokadouma.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A la faveur des mouvements survenus mardi 22 juillet dernier dans la pr\u00e9fectorale, la circonscription administrative du d\u00e9partement de l’Oc\u00e9an ( r\u00e9gion du Sud) se s\u00e9pare de son commandant en chef Nouhou Bello. L’administrateur civil principal a \u00e9t\u00e9 mut\u00e9. Il ira d\u00e9sormais servir son pays \u00e0 Yokadouma, d\u00e9partement de la Boumba-et-Ngoko, r\u00e9gion de l’Est. Il est remplac\u00e9 \u00e0 son poste par son cong\u00e9n\u00e8re Bouba Haman, pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment pr\u00e9fet de la Vall\u00e9e du Ntem dans la m\u00eame r\u00e9gion. Nouhou Bello quitte ainsi le navire apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 du haut de son gouvernail plusieurs zones de forte amplitude marine.<\/p>\n

Nouhou Bello ex pr\u00e9fet de l’Oc\u00e9an mut\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9partement de la Boumba-et-Ngoko<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

En effet l’originaire du Septentrion nomm\u00e9 pr\u00e9fet \u00e0 Kribi \u00e0 la faveur du d\u00e9cret du Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat sign\u00e9 le 18 d\u00e9cembre 2020, venant tout droit du Mber\u00e9, a souffl\u00e9 le chaud et le froid dans cet Oc\u00e9an dont le sol est glissant m\u00eame en pleine saison s\u00e8che. Avant sa promotion le 7 octobre 2019 comme pr\u00e9fet du Mber\u00e9, il officiait \u00e0 Douala 3e en qualit\u00e9 de sous pr\u00e9fet. L\u00e0-bas, c’est l\u2019homme qui s\u2019\u00e9tait attaqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la vente illicite et anarchique des terres. En arrivant dans la ville baln\u00e9aire du Sud, il est r\u00e9put\u00e9 \u00eatre un guerrier arm\u00e9 contre la malhonn\u00eatet\u00e9, l’accaparement de terres, et les basses man\u0153uvres. Ce qui fait qu’\u00e0 Kribi, il s’est mis \u00e0 dos certaines \u00e9lites locales qui n’ont pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 l’embrigarder dans de cercles vicieux. Ce, \u00e0 cause de son objectivit\u00e9, de sa rigueur , de son hospitalit\u00e9 et son \u00e9coute attentive de tous sans distinction de rang social, de sa transparence dans la gestion administrative des litiges fonciers communautaires et surtout de sa crainte d’Allah. Beaucoup attribuent son affectation qualifi\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0disciplinaire\u00a0\u00bb au fait d’avoir d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 il y’a quelques mois les basses man\u0153uvres de Samuel Tony Obam Bikoue, ce jeune oc\u00e9anais adul\u00e9 par le ministre de l’agriculture et du d\u00e9veloppement rural ainsi que par le ministre de la jeunesse et de l’\u00e9ducation civique, que le Chef de l’\u00c9tat lors de son discours \u00e0 la jeunesse pr\u00e9sentait paradoxalement comme un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 suivre. Nouhou Bello quitte donc le gouvernail de la ville portuaire pour le calvaire de l’enclavement profond.<\/p>\n

Son rempla\u00e7ant, Bouba Haman, originaire de la localit\u00e9 d’EDouvalam d\u00e9partement du Mayo-Louti, r\u00e9gion du Nord, vient prendre les r\u00eanes au moment o\u00f9 son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur poursuivait minutieusement un v\u00e9ritable chantier de construction de la morale publique, de la coh\u00e9sion sociale et du vivre ensemble harmonieux. Il devra continuer avec la m\u00eame verve et peut-\u00eatre en y mettant sa touche sp\u00e9ciale la lutte contre le banditisme grandissant, le maintien de la paix, la lutte contre le d\u00e9sordre urbain et l’ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 transfrontali\u00e8re comme il le faisait si bien dans ses pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes fonctions \u00e0 Ambam.<\/p>\n
